Mystery baking pan

This pan says it's made in England. Does anyone know what it is designed to bake? I've been lusting after some madeleine pans, but that's not what these are I don't think. Maybe an English version of them?

    I can't get on to your blog from work.

    I heard back from my Dad, here is what he said:

    Someone is selling one on ebay in Edmonton for $14.95 USD. Listed as a retro muffin pan. It could also be used as individual bundt style cake pan

    He may get back to me with more - he is retired and he like to do the research.
